SHRI SAJYA  - Exclusive Refund & Resend Policy  

At Shri Sajya Boutique, we take pride in delivering unparalleled luxury and personalized craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our high-end collections, our dispute resolution process is precise and requires prompt action from our valued clients.


Eligibility for Refund or Resend  

We ensure a seamless experience for our customers. However, in rare instances where concerns arise, we offer a Refund or Resend strictly under the following conditions:

1. Orders Delayed  

If your order lacks tracking updates, remains in transit, pending, or expired beyond the designated timeframe:

  • USA Orders: 45 days from warehouse dispatch.
  • Brazil Orders: 110 days due to customs clearance.
  • All Other Countries: 60 days from warehouse dispatch.

Note: If your package is held at a local post office due to address issues, it is your responsibility to retrieve it. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund or resend.

2. Orders Not Received  

If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received the package, a Non-Delivery Certification from the local post office with an official seal is mandatory.

Refund/Resend is applicable only if tracking reflects an "Alert" status due to:  

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Refusal to accept the package.
  • Unclaimed package.
  • Customs clearance issues.

If the package is lost due to logistics company mishandling, Shri Sajya Boutique does not hold responsibility.

3. Products Damaged  

We offer a Refund or Resend for severely damaged products only if you submit a claim within 3 days of delivery, ensuring prompt resolution for our esteemed customers.  

  • Fragile items: Refund recommended.
  • Damaged packaging only: No refund or resend.
  • Service-based products: Refund eligibility varies.

High-resolution photos or videos are required to validate your claim.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items  

Despite our strict quality control, in the rare event of incorrect or missing products:

  • Incorrect products: Full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong color/size (not affecting function): Refund or resend with screenshot proof.
  • Missing functional components: Partial refund or resend of the missing part.
  • Missing accessories: Resend of accessories only.

For size-related disputes, the customer must provide clear measurement evidence.

5. Order Cancellation  

Full refund only if the cancellation request is received before warehouse processing begins.


Important Considerations  

1. Dispute Timeframe  

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Delayed claims will not be entertained.

2. Force Majeure Clause  

We do not accept disputes caused by unforeseen global events such as pandemics, wars, natural disasters, or customs-related delays. However, we will keep you informed via email.

3. Restricted Destinations  

We do not accept disputes for orders shipped to the following locations due to logistical limitations:   Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

4. No Returns Policy  

Given our commitment to exclusivity and premium service, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Instead, if eligible, we will arrange for the return of the existing item before dispatching a replacement. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your Shri Sajya Wallet for future purchases.

5. Unacceptable Disputes  

We will not process disputes based on:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction.
  • Perceived differences from product descriptions.
  • Personal preferences regarding scent or texture.
  • Ordering errors by the customer.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
  • Agreed-upon variations before purchase.
  • Tracking information removal by logistics providers.
